    Welcome to the 2026 Oliver’s Marketplace Holiday Vendor Registration!Our holiday markets will take place every Saturday from November 14 through December 19, from 11:00 AM–4:00 PM, inside Great Lakes Mall near Dillard’s in Mentor, Ohio.Each market will feature local makers, small businesses, vintage finds, handcrafted items, gifts, treats and seasonal merchandise. Vendors may register for one show, choose any three shows at a discounted rate, or participate in all six holiday markets.Please complete the entire form, select your registration package and show dates, review the Vendor Agreement, and submit payment to reserve your space. Spaces are limited and are not confirmed until registration and payment are received.We look forward to celebrating the holiday season with you!

    • I acknowledge that my vendor fee is non-refundable.
    • I agree to abide by any local laws, regulations, and guidelines, including those related to health and safety, and ensure that my products comply with any necessary legal requirements (such as food handling, cottage labeling, or tax registration, if applicable).
    • I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own booth, products, and setup at Oliver’s Marketplace, inside the Great Lakes Mall, 7850 Mentor Ave, Mentor, OH 44060, and I agree to follow all event rules and guidelines set forth by the event organizers.
    • I understand that I must provide my own equipment (e.g., displays, products, cash boxes, credit card machine) unless otherwise specified, and I am responsible for the setup and breakdown of my booth (including provided table(s)). I will ensure that my booth is ready by the designated start time and will not dismantle my setup until the event officially ends. Tearing down early could forfeit my chance for future markets unless approved by the market manager.
    • I understand that I am solely responsible for the products I sell. I agree to hold harmless the organizers of Oliver’s Marketplace & Great Lakes Mall, including any staff, volunteers, or associated entities, from any liability related to product defects, accidents, injuries, or damages arising from the use or consumption of my products.
    • I acknowledge that participation in Oliver’s Marketplace is at my own risk. I hereby release and hold harmless Oliver’s Marketplace, the event venue, and all event sponsors, partners, staff, and volunteers from any and all claims, losses, damages, injuries, or expenses arising from my participation in the event, including but not limited to personal injury, theft, or damage to my property.
