This is an outdoor event. Please plan accordingly. Exhibitors accept all risk for themselves, their set-up, and their products.
Food Truck Registration - $75.00 - Food Permit/Inspection Required
ONLY CERTIFIED, PERMITTED, AND HEALTH INSPECTED FOOD TRUCKS ALLOWED
Craft Vendor Registration: $40.00
THERE WILL BE NO LATE REGISTRATIONS ALLOWED.
Vendor spaces are approximately 12 x 12, though some may be slightly larger or smaller due to the sidewalk layout. If you feel you need a larger space, please contact Dylan Hill at (731)609-1219. We will do our best to accommodate requests for larger spots. Set-up begins at 7:30 AM, and we ask that all vendors remain set up until the event ends at 3:00 PM, unless severe weather requires early teardown. To ensure your placement, please submit your payment and completed form by October 16, 2026. If you have any questions about the event or your space, feel free to reach out to Dylan Hill.
Remember, Dylan MUST have your registration and payment to confirm. If you complete this form and fail to pay before OCTOBER 16, 2026, you may lose your event space.

Paper copies may be mailed with checks to City of Bolivar, 211 N Washington Street, Bolivar, TN 38008 or dropped off at city hall. Cash is also accepted at city hall.
