FATHER'S DAY
FAMILY TABLE TENNIS TOURNAMENT
TOURNAMENT REGULATIONS
1. A separate entry form must be used for each family. Payment options: online payment BY DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD only.
2. The Tournament will be played in accordance with ITTF, TTA and TTWA rules and regulations. Legal service rules may be enforced.
3. Each team must consist of 2 family members, with one player being a father/dad. The second player may be the father’s son, daughter, wife/partner, or grand kid.
4. The event is open to all ages and skill levels.
5. The relationship between the two players must be declared on the entry form. The Tournament Director reserves the right to confirm eligibility where necessary.
6. Players must compete with the partner registered on their entry form. Any request to substitute or change a player must be approved by the Tournament Director before the tournament begins.
7. An umpire whose decision is final on point of fact shall control each game.
8. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to refuse entries and to cancel or amalgamate any event due to lack of entries. This event will need minimum of 10 families, otherwise will be cancelled and all payments will be refunded within 2 weeks after the tournament date.
9. No claim will be recognised should any player be injured during participation in the tournament.
10. Players will be requested to umpire by the Tournament Committee. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action being taken against the participant.
11. Players/family must report to the Official's table 15 minutes prior to the event. Players/family absent when called at any time to play will be disqualified.
12. White 3 star ITTF approved will be used. Players NOT to wear white colours tops due to similarity the colour of the ball. Bats will be provided if needed.
13. Indoor sport shoes must be worn, No sandals or colour soles shoes will be allowed to play. Any damages to the property and equipments will subject to players liability.
14. Prize winner cannot be redeemed or exchange in cash.
15. This tournament is run by Hot Shot Table Tennis Centre, an official tournament.
16. Alcohol, smoking and the use of any drugs are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Any offenders (including spectators) will be removed from the premises and automatically result disqualification from tournament.
17. No refund will be given if player get disqualified related to the regulations.
18. TTWA or Hot Shot membership are not necessary to enter this tournament.
