Payment is required at booking and covers the selected party package for the minimum of 10 participants. Additional participants may be added and paid for on the day of the party. If fewer than 10 participate, no refund or credit will be issued for unused spots. Please type full name to acknowledge you have read and agree with this policy.

Seating Policy: Tables and chairs are reserved for attendees who are painting. We understand that most young children will have an accompanying adult, but please note that the maximum seating available for any party is 24 chairs. If you anticipate more than 24 guests, we will not be able to accommodate the additional seating. Please keep this in mind when planning your invitations. Parties are allotted 2 hours of studio time with 15 minutes prior for set up and 15 minutes for clean up. Other patrons may be present in the studio at the same time as your party. The studio DOES NOT close for a party. Parties will have reserved tables for painting and buffet tables for food, drinks, gifts. If the party requires additional tables to accommodate guests who are not painting, an additional $25 per table per hour fee will be added. An additional $50 per hour will be added for decorating time that requires more than the allotted 15 minutes and when we are able to accommodate. Parties may be booked during regular business hours. Wednesday - Appointment Only Thursday 11-7 Friday-Saturday 1PM - 9PM Sunday 12PM - 6PM. If you choose to host a party longer than 2 hours, an additional $50 per hour will be added. If you would like an after-hours event, we can accommodate your request with an additional $100 per hour fee on top of party costs.
All parties are welcome to bring their own food and beverages (alcohol is acceptable). As well as your own decorations. You will be responsible for plates, napkins, utensils, ice. It is recommended for party to bring an ice chest to keep drinks and foods cold. Party host is responsible for cleaning up their trash and decorations.
Party package payments are non-refundable. Parties may be rescheduled one time with at least seven days’ notice. The new date must be scheduled within 60 days and is subject to availability.Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than seven days before the party will result in the loss of the full party payment. Personalized projects, custom designs and prepared add-ons are non-refundable and may require full payment.If Sun City Sawdust must cancel your party, you may choose a full refund or transfer your payment to another available date. Birthday Party Bounce House Rental Agreement -This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Sun City Sawdust (“Company”) and the undersigned party host (“Renter”) for the use of a bounce house as an add-on to a scheduled birthday party.

Liability & Assumption of Risk - ** The Renter acknowledges and agrees that the use of a bounce house involves inherent risks, including the risk of accident, injury, or other harm. ** The Company, its owners, staff, and affiliates are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, damages, or losses that may occur to participants, guests, or personal property during the use of the bounce house. **By signing this Agreement, the Renter and all guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the bounce house.
