Registration is only completed when payment is made.

Payment is non-refundable after September 11th, 2026.

Chugim Policies & Procedures

Chugim is an annual after-school clubs program (September 2026 through June 2027)

General Refund Policy:
Cancellations may be made before September 11th for a full refund.
In the case where there are not enough children registered to open/begin a Chug, you will then have the option to choose another Chug or receive a full refund.

No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes due to illness or vacation.

Pick-Up Policy:
Please be on time for pickup. After 2 late pick-ups, your child will be placed in extended care, and a $20 fee will be assessed for each 15-minute interval.

Behavior & Discipline Policy:
Students are expected to behave appropriately; failure to do so may result in suspension or dismissal.

Accidents / Illness / Emergency:
When a child becomes ill or is injured during the after-school program, the parent/guardian will be contacted immediately. If we are unable to reach anyone, we will call 911 for transport to the necessary medical facilities.

Class Cancellation Policy:
Chugim will be canceled only when Tenafly Chabad schools close early due to inclement weather or any other circumstances.
