Thank you so much for your interest in our 2027 mission trip to Bogota, Colombia. We are excited about the opportunity to minister with RMMN missionaries Josh and Caroline Jimenez and Kings Castle! Your trip will be both impactful and unforgettable, combining hands-on projects, outreach, and time to experience the beauty of Colombia.

The trip cost will be $2,100. This includes airfare, a hotel for one night in Denver, food, lodging,  transportation while there, travel insurance, and a fun tourist day! All participants will be required to arrive in Denver on Thursday, July 12th by 5 pm for a mandatory team orientation meeting. We will fly together to Colombia on Friday, July 13th. We will arrive back in Denver on the 20th.

If you are attending the trip with your youth group, you must be 14 years old by the date of the trip. If you are attending without a youth group, you must be 16 years old by July 12th. The full cost of the trip is due May 30, 2027. For you to be considered for the team, we must receive the following items by December 1, 2026:

1. Completed Trip Application.                                                                     

2. Send a copy of your passport picture page (if you have it).                                                 

3. A $300 Application Deposit check (to be cashed when you are accepted or returned if not)         

4. A pastor recommendation form from your pastor.

The due dates are set up in installments for your convenience and need to be adhered to.

The balance is due in 7 installments:

• Payment 1: $300 due by December 1, 2025 (Application Deposit)
• Payment 2: $300 due by December 30, 2026
• Payment 3: $300 due by January 30, 2027
• Payment 4: $300 due by February 30, 2027
• Payment 5: $300 due by March 30, 2027
• Payment 6: $300 due by April 30, 2027
• Payment 7: $300 due by May 30, 2027
