Layout Size Requirements

Due to a slightly smaller showroom footprint, we are asking each club to provide two to three possible layout footprint sizes for consideration.

Please provide the following:
- Minimum Layout Size: The smallest overall footprint your club is willing and able to bring to the show.
- Medium Layout Size(s): One or two larger footprint options that represent a typical or preferred configuration for your club.
Important: When providing your dimensions, please include the additional space required for pedestrian barriers around the layout. This space should account for the distance needed to safely separate the layout from visitors and allow adequate room for spectators to view the display.

Please provide the overall footprint dimensions (length × width) for each configuration, including the layout and required visitor barrier space.

This information will help us maximize the available showroom space while accommodating as many participating clubs and layouts as possible.

Friday Setup Start time for Vendors & Exhibitors

Please follow your attendee type schedule. Since layouts are in the back of the facility, we are letting them setup earlier so that they will not interupt vendor setup.

VENDOR & EXHIBITOR PROPERTY

The Lawrence Model Railroad Club (LMRC) is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of property belonging to vendors or exhibitors, including but not limited to model railroad equipment, locomotives, rolling stock, structures, layouts, modules, merchandise, tools, electronics, or other personal property. Vendors and exhibitors are solely responsible for the security, protection, transportation, and insurance of their property while participating in the show, including during setup and teardown.

By participating in the show, each vendor and exhibitor acknowledges and accepts responsibility for their own property and agrees that LMRC shall not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage except to the extent caused by LMRC's negligent or intentional acts where such responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
