    Term 4 Enrolment Information

    According to our attendance regulation, please ensure that the student/s are ready to attend 5 or more (≥50%) of the Term 4 classes, following their trial.

    20% (2/10 classes) unattended: Warning issued
    50% (5/10 classes) unattended: Unlikely eligibility for EOY performance


    Term 4 Dates

    First Day: Saturday, 10th October & Sunday, 11th October

    Last Day: Saturday, 5th December & Sunday, 6th October

    EOY Showcase Day: Sunday, 13th December

    Term 4 Total: 10 weeks, including the showcase.

    Trial: $20 per student, per class

    5–7yo Classes — 45 minutes — $230

    8–18yo Level 1 Classes — 1 hour — $260

    Level 2 — 1.5-Hour Classes (12+ recommend) — $390

    8–11yo Level 2 — K-Pop — Sundays 1 hour — $300

    Lil Beats Crew Freestyle Training — 2 hours — $520

    EOY Showcase

    Students from all classes will perform a 2–3 minute routine at our End of Year Showcase, performed for an audience of family and friends.

    Please keep the attendance requirements above in mind when enrolling, as consistent attendance is important for students to learn and prepare their showcase routine.

    You hereby adhere to the child safety and payment policies, waiver agreement, and program terms and conditions, for the duration that you or your child is enrolled in the O2 Youth Program. The O2 Youth Program fee is non-refundable, non-transferrable, and non-exchangeable for credits, unless in the case of medical or family emergency.

    To better allow both students and teachers to prepare for performances, attendance is strictly monitored across terms. Low attendance impacts the student eligibility for the end of year showcase.

    * Clashing schedules and activities, holidays, travel, school commitments, all contribute to absences.

  • O2 Dance Studios requires the FULL PAYMENT in order to confirm your registration for the program.

    Term 4 2026 Payment Deadline: Friday 2/10/26, 11:59PM Melbourne Time

    In the case of insufficient student numbers, the program/class will be cancelled and all your fees will be fully refunded.
    The maximum discount amount for any student is 5% of the total fee.
