🚗 IMPORTANT VEHICLE ARRIVAL INFORMATION

All motorised display vehicles must be on the grounds and positioned by 2:45pm. The event opens to the public at 3:00pm.

Once positioned, display vehicles are not permitted to move or leave the grounds before 6:00pm unless prior approval has been given by an event organiser, or movement is required because of an emergency or authorised direction.

🤝 RESPECT OUR COMMUNITY

Wheels in the Park is a family-friendly community event. All entrants are expected to drive safely, legally and respectfully when arriving at and leaving Michael O’Hanlon Park.

The following behaviour will not be tolerated:

• Burnouts or skids
• Doughnuts or deliberate wheel spinning
• Racing or dangerous driving
• Excessive acceleration
• Unnecessary or excessive engine revving
• Excessive vehicle noise
• Antisocial or dangerous behaviour

Please help us make Wheels in the Park an event that the Nerimbera community, motoring enthusiasts and families can all enjoy.

🚫 ALCOHOL-FREE & GLASS-FREE EVENT

Wheels in the Park is an alcohol-free event. Alcohol must not be brought into or consumed within the event grounds.

Glass bottles and glass containers are not permitted within the event grounds.

⚠️ PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, RISK & RELEASE

I acknowledge that participating in Wheels in the Park may involve risks associated with vehicles, machinery, equipment, crowds, weather, ground conditions and the actions of other persons.

I voluntarily choose to participate and accept the ordinary and inherent risks associated with my participation. I remain responsible for my vehicle, wheels, equipment and personal property.

To the extent permitted by law, I release and indemnify Apex Club of Capricorn West Inc., its members, volunteers, event officials and personnel, sponsors, and the relevant venue owner and/or local council from claims arising from loss, theft, damage, injury or expense connected with my participation, except to the extent that liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in this acknowledgement is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any statutory guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

I agree to comply with the event conditions and all reasonable directions given by event officials, marshals, venue representatives and emergency services.
