Cancellations or changes to reservations are not allowed within 48 hours of your trip. No refunds will be issued if cancelled within 48 hours of departure. If the trip is canceled by the captain due to weather or another unforeseen circumstance, you will be given the option to receive reschedule or receive a full refund.
Check-In Time: I understand that I MUST arrive 30 minutes prior to check in & board. Trips leave on their scheduled time & will not be held for late arrivals. There will be no refunds for missing the boat. Please allow plenty of time to find parking.
LIABILITY WAIVER: I am aware that attending the dolphin watching has some inherent risks and injury can occur. On rare occasions these injuries can be serious. I, the parent/guardian, assume the risk of all injury and agree not to sue Complete The Puzzle, the directors, coaches, assistant coaches, agents, or volunteers for any and all injuries caused by or resulting from participating in the dolphin watching. By signing this waiver, I also authorize the use of the pictures of the above-named participant to be posted on Complete The Puzzle’s website or advertising media published by the organization.
