  • Registration Form Instructions

    Please read these instructions before you fill out the form!

    1. Who can you register?

    • You can register yourself and up to 12 other people on one form.
    • That means you can register up to 13 people total.
    • If you need to register more than 13 people from your club, you must complete another registration.

    2. Where will you stay?

    • Everyone will stay in cluster cabins.
    • Cabins have bunk beds with two people per bunk.
    • You do not need to choose a roommate.
    • The camp provides sheets, a blanket, a pillow, and towels/washcloths in the bunks and bathroom.
    • You must bring your own:
      • Toiletries (such as soap, shampoo, and toothbrush)
      • Shower shoes
      • Clothing

    3. How much does it cost?

    The first 32 Circle K members who are not District Board members to register will pay $65.

    After the first 32 members register, the cost is $80 per Circle K member.

    Your registration fee includes:

    • Lodging
    • Four meals
    • Meeting space
    • Conference activities
    • Workshop materials

    4. Registration deadline

    Friday, October 30, 2026 is the deadline to register.

    Your registration is complete when you have:

    • Submitted the registration form, and
    • Paid the full registration fee.

    If you cannot pay by October 30, you must contact District Administrator Virginia Braswell to make payment arrangements.

    No registrations will be accepted after Wednesday, November 11, 2026.

    If someone who registered can no longer attend, you must call Virginia Braswell to make a substitution.

    5. Ways to pay

    You can pay using:

    • Personal or school check
    • Credit card
    • Apple Pay
    • Google Pay
    • Cash App Pay
    • ACH through online registration
    • Money order

    Please do not mail cash.

    If you need a credit card authorization form, contact Virginia Braswell.

    6. Registering several people at once

    If you are registering more than one person:

    1. Select “Add Member” on the registration system.
    2. Enter the information requested for each person.
    3. Choose an online payment method, or mail your payment.
    4. If you mail payment for several people, include a note showing how much money is being paid for each person.

    Make checks payable to:

    If your school needs tax or vendor forms, or your school needs to pay directly, you must contact Virginia Braswell before the registration deadline.

    7. Cancellations

    Registration fees cannot be refunded. No cancellation requests will be accepted.

    8. Questions and weekend information

    You will receive a newsletter about the weekend 7 days before FLC.
