Contract
As a model in the Royal Experience 5 Fashion Show, held February 8th, 2027. I acknowledge that I will be held accountable for my actions. By signing this contract, I agree to the following things:
I understand that I have been accepted into the fashion show and have recieved access to the required Jotform application, which cannot be submitted until all required fees have been paid in full. I understand that submitting my payment today immediately secures my spot in the fashion show. If I am unable to pay today, I agree to complete my payment and submit my JOTFORM application no later than Oct. 25th, 2026. Failure to complete payment and submit my application by deadline will result in the forfeiture of my reserved spot, and it may be offered to another participant. ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.
I understand that I am a volunteer model. Meaning: there is no financial compensation for my involvement in the show.
I have agreed to attend all mandatory workshops, fittings and rehearsals.
a. At the fitting/rehearsals I acknowledge that I will be a representative of TBFWN and will act accordingly. My manner will be professional and courteous.
b. If I have trouble getting to the location on the day of a rehearsal, I will contact Shae (469) 969-3920 or the email theblackfashionweeknashville@gmail.com 24 hours before rehearsal and find other arrangements.
c. Out of town models must attend virtual practice at the same time listed for in person practice.
I will treat the items that I am modeling with the utmost respect. I will be responsible for my garment from the time I check out the items to the time I check them back in. If I notice anything wrong with the clothing at any time (stain, rip, loose button, smells, etc.), I will alert one of the helpers immediately.
1. I will be financially responsible for any damage due to misuse, mishandling, or loss/stolen.
2. I will not bring any food or beverage that may stain the clothing into the fashion show area. There will be a designated area available to me for water bottles and non-messy snacks (such as energy bars).
3. I will not smoke before nor while wearing designers clothing
TBFWN prides itself for having the upmost respect for its models, designer, vendors, and/or venue.
I will speak highly of myself, my colleagues, and the show producers. I understand that talking down on others, or speaking negatively in the workplace serves me no purpose, and only in turn makes me look bad.
a. I acknowledge that there is ZERO tolerance of physical altercations or fraternizing while holding a position with TBFWN.
b. I acknowledge that any involvement can result into my loss of position with TBFWN.
c. I agree to keep the model chat clear from clutter, small talk, and/or anything not of The Royal Experience 5.
I have agreed to meet at the 2844 Logan St Nashville, TN for rehearsal at the time provided and will stay until the session ends (out of town models MUST ATTEND virtual practice). I will also be available on February 7th, 2027, for the final rehearsal (EVERY MODEL MUST BE IN ATTENDANCE) and February 8th, 2027, for The Royal Experience 5 Fashion Show at 2844 Logan St Nashville, TN. All models must stay until the end of the show. No Exceptions. Unexcused absence may result in losing my spot as a model in the fashion show.
1. I will not be permitted to leave 2844 Logan St Nashville, TN until the show has ended and I have returned my complete outfit to a volunteer.
2. If I am unable to stay until the end of the show, or cannot make any meetings or rehearsals, I have made special arrangements with an authorized leader of TBFWN.
**I give permission to have my photo taken during the event. These photos will be used on websites, videos, literature, and news releases in PODCAST and possibly local media.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF MODELING AND PRIVACY
The information requested on this application for Modeling is necessary to ensure a fair and thorough evaluation of all applicants. Personal information contained within this form is available only to the heads of the company with direct involvement in the recruitment process.
~ I understand that initially I will be required to attend:
Models can only miss 1 (one) practice (in person or virtual), and the boot camp is mandatory (dates listed on information sheet attached).
~ I understand that a fee of adult $50 child $30 is due before October 25th, 2026.
~ I understand that I am required to sell 2 tickets to promote the show.
*DISCLAIMER: We will provide tools on how to sell tickets, if we see you utilizing the tools, we will be more lenient on sales.
~ I will speak highly of myself, my colleagues, and the show producers. I understand that talking down on others, or speaking negatively in the workplace serves me no purpose, and only in turn makes me look bad.
~ There will be no fraternization between the models and the designers. This way, we offer a fair chance to everyone who auditions.
Practices will be at 2844 Logan St Nashville, TN on the dates for mentioned. Attendance is required for two practices, including boot camp. If traveling from 2 hours or more away, You are only required to attend the boot camp.
All communications will be through GroupMe , if you are selected you will be provided a link to join via the phone number on the application. All questions will go through the groupchat unless directed otherwise.
If I am found to be unsuitable, I understand this contract can be terminated with notice. I hereby affirm that all information given by me in this application is true and correct and that I have not knowingly withheld any circumstances or facts that would, if disclosed, affect my application.
