Cancellation/Refund Policy

In order to plan well and provide a worthwhile experience for all attendees the following cancellation policy will apply to all New Year's Conference 2027 registrations. All cancellation requests must be submitted via the NYC 2027 Registration Cancellation Request form that will be linked in your registration confirmation email and on the NYC 2027 website.

Any cancellation request made prior to October 15, 2026 will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee (any amount paid above $75 will be refunded).

Any cancellation request made between October 15, 2026 and December 1, 2026 will be subject to a $125 cancellation fee (any amount paid above $125 will be refunded).

Due to the timing of financial obligations at our conference venue, all registrations after December 1, 2026 are non-refundable except in very extenuating circumstances and upon the sole discretion of Campus Outreach staff.
