WAIVER
I, the undersigned, realize that participating in the Sioux Falls Area Humane Society’s Bark in the Park, to be held at Pasley Park in Sioux Falls, SD on Saturday, October 10th, 2026, is a potentially hazardous activity and I hereby assume full and complete responsibility for the risk of accident, property damage, bodily injury or death that may occur to me, my accompanying family members, friends and/or pets. I agree to abide by the rules and decisions of any event officials’ decision relative to me or my pet’s ability to complete the Bark in the Park run/walk. I hereby release, waive, hold harmless, forever discharge and covenant not to sue the organizers, volunteers, sponsors and any other persons entities, associated with Bark in the Park and their respective successors, assignees, officers, employees and agents, for any and all loss, damage or injury sustained by me, any members of my family or my pets, whether caused by negligence, breach of contract, or otherwise, arising out of or resulting from any act or omission to act, while traveling to or from or participating in the Bark in the Park. I grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use my, my family’s and my pet’s name, photographs, video or other recordings of our participation in this event for any lawful purpose without obligation or liability to me.
By signing below, I agree to comply with the written instructions above. Failure to comply with these written instructions or verbal instructions from staff may result in my volunteer privileges being removed and I may be asked to leave the premises.
