MEDIA RELEASESOPAC Ottawa (South Ottawa Performing Arts Collaborative Inc.) requires a confirmed Media Release for all performers in their 2026/2027 programming from the primary guardian or performers who are 18+. Video recordings, photography and audio recordings of programming and show related activities are used in multiple forms for purposes of sharing the recordings of our shows, advertising our programming and featuring our students on platform like Youtube, Facebook, Instagram etc. We treat privacy with the utmost respect and never name children on social media platforms. If you wish to contact us with any questions, please select "Other" and continue your registration. We cannot guarantee the removal of any faces from recorded full productions. For extenuating circumstances related to child safety, please email sopacottawa@gmail.com prior to registering.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Registrations made more than 15 days prior to the start of a term may be transferred in full to another class within the same academic year or refunded up to 50% of the total registration less the processing fees. Registration cancellations less than 15 days prior to the start of the term are only eligible for a credit within the same academic year.* This field is required.
