**IMPORTANT NOTICE**
By submitting this registration form and completing payment, you confirm your participation in the 2026 Nigeria Mission Trip organized by Rev. James Solomon Outreach Ministries. Full payment is required to complete registration. All trip package payments are nonrefundable because accommodations, transportation, security, administrative arrangements, and other group expenses are reserved and paid based on confirmed participation.
The package selected on this registration applies to every traveler included on the form. Sharing a hotel room with another participant does not reduce the package price. International airfare, meals, travel insurance, visa expenses, personal shopping, laundry, and other personal expenses are not included unless specifically stated otherwise.
Each traveler is responsible for having a valid passport and obtaining the appropriate Nigerian visa before travel. Participants requesting visa assistance through the ministry must provide all required documents and fees by September 14, 2026. Travelers who are still waiting for a passport or other required travel documents are responsible for providing the completed information to the ministry as soon as it becomes available.
Participants are responsible for following all travel, transportation, safety, security, and group instructions provided by the ministry before and during the trip. Travelers who make flight arrangements outside of the recommended group schedule may be responsible for arranging their own transportation to meet the group. Any participant planning to leave Nigeria earlier than the scheduled November 12 departure must notify the administrative team as soon as possible.
By registering, you authorize Rev. James Solomon Outreach Ministries and its designated team members to use the information provided on this form for trip planning, participant communication, accommodations, transportation, emergency coordination, visa assistance when requested, and other administrative purposes related to the trip.
You also acknowledge that photographs, video, and audio recordings may be taken during ministry activities, convention programs, travel experiences, and group events. These materials may be used by Rev. James Solomon Outreach Ministries for ministry, educational, promotional, website, social media, livestream, and future event purposes.
