Made Local Events Fall & Holiday 2026 Vendor & Sponsor Application

Thank you for choosing to apply to Made Local Events. We are excited to learn more about your small business!

Please review our event descriptions below. Once you have determined the event(s) that fit your business complete the application. 

There is a $10 application fee per event. This fee is non-refundable. It does not guarantee acceptance. It cannot be applied toward your booth fees.

We appreciate your fee as it supports:

• Administrative costs associated with application processing like software.
• Encourages thorough application responses.
• Staff time spent reviewing and responding to applications.

By applying to the events, you agree that if accepted your invoice will be paid upon receipt. Invoices left unpaid will receive one reminder. If unpaid after reminder, invoice will be canceled and the next vendor on the waiting list in your category will be offered your space. You may reapply to be considered again. 

Each invoice for accepted vendors will include terms of participation including our non-refundable booth fee policy. If you would like more details regarding the participation terms please email madelocalevents@gmail.com .

Calling all bakers, gift makers, decorators, presenters and holiday-loving small businesses! The 1st annual Great Ohio Christmas Cookie Convention is a one-of-a-kind holiday shopping and experience event celebrating everything Christmas baking, entertaining, and gift giving.

We’re seeking vendors whose products or services complement the holiday kitchen and baking season, including cookies and baked goods, gourmet foods, baking mixes, kitchen gadgets, cookware, aprons, holiday serveware, charcuterie accessories, table décor, entertaining essentials, handcrafted gifts, seasonal home décor, specialty ingredients, holiday apparel and other Christmas food-themed products. We also are accepting on site services/activities (chair massage, tiny tattoo (must be health dept approved), fairy hair, permanent jewelry- and more!)

 We’re looking for businesses interested in leading complimentary interactive experiences throughout ticketed hours. Popular sessions may include cookie decorating demos, holiday tablescape design, cocktail crafting, charcuterie board demonstrations, gift basket making, and other festive hands-on workshops. We are also open to “outside the box” presentations like managing holiday stress, nutrition- creative ideas welcome. These experiences are included with both VIP and General Admission tickets at no additional cost to attendees. These are demonstrations you are not required to provide products to participants. Presenters must purchase an 8x6 or larger booth to be eligible for this opportunity and have prior class instruction experience. 

 Workshop instructors enjoy a unique opportunity to showcase their expertise, demonstrate products, build meaningful one-on-one connections with guests, promote their business, and sell products or services directly within their session.

Venue Highlights: Showcase your business in the beautifully renovated Ohioan, a modern event venue conveniently located just minutes from US-315. With stylish event spaces, complimentary parking, and an adjacent hotel for out-of-town guests, The Ohioan offers a comfortable, upscale setting that will attract shoppers from across Central Ohio for a festive holiday experience. 

Sponsorship: Event sponsorships range from $1,000 to $5000.

 Join Made Local for our Annual Last Chance Holiday Market at the historic Granville Inn, a festive final opportunity for shoppers to find unique gifts, support local businesses, and complete their holiday shopping before Christmas.

 We are seeking carefully curated makers, artisans, bakers, specialty food vendors, and boutique businesses offering unique holiday gifts, handcrafted goods, gourmet treats, home décor, jewelry, apparel, candles, seasonal products, and thoughtful last-minute gift ideas. Vendors should provide high-quality, locally made products that create a memorable holiday shopping experience. 

This market is designed for shoppers searching for those special finishing touches—unique gifts, hostess presents, stocking stuffers, holiday entertaining essentials, and one-of-a-kind finds they won’t see in traditional stores. We’re looking for vendors who bring a festive presentation, engaging displays, and products that capture the magic of the holiday season.

 Be part of a beloved Granville tradition and help guests make their final holiday purchases while celebrating local small businesses in the beautiful, historic Granville Inn.
