To Host a booth at The Encounter 2026, you MUST comply with the following:
- The event is on Saturday OCOTOBER 3rd 2026, @weber point event center, 221 N center St, Stockton CA, 95202.
- On day of Event gates open to the public at 10AM and Event starts at 11AM - 4PM
- All items distributed during this event must be given to the community/public for FREE.
- ALL ITEMS ARE FREE...
- Arrival time for setup on saturday is 6:30AM, breakdown will be after event is Over at 4PM.
- Latest Arrival time for Set up on day of event is 7AM.
- Organization/ministry will be expected to stay throughout the time of the event. PLEASE, Commit to staying from the beginning of the outreach until the end, including clean up.
- Due to safety concerns, booths/Tents cannot be taken down after the event starts until the Event is over according to the city of Stockton safety guidelines.
- On day of Event, city of Stockton and the fire department will be doing an inspection at 9am before the event starts.
- All those hosting a booth will provide their own tent, table, and tablecloth. All promotional materials, distributed items, and posted information, including banners, must be appropriate to the vision and purpose of The Encounter and its Chrisitian values.
- Optional have a Banner/poster of your representation of JESUS.
- Maintain a clean and tidy booth area. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DISPOSING OF YOUR TRASH into the dumpster.
- DO NO LEAVE ANY TRASH OR BAG OF TRASH BEFORE OR AFTER THE EVENT.
- Optional (provide a raffle basket to be raffled on Day of Event).

USDThe Encounter global is not requiring a fee for any vendors who want to have a booth at the event. The Encounter global is openly accepting donations from any vendors who feel led by God to contribute financially to the event. No donation amount is too small. Pray and ask the Lord what amount He would have you contribute towards the cost of the Encounter 2025.
