Terms of Service & Club Rules* This field is required.By registering for a class, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to follow the Janesville-Beloit Kennel Club Terms of Service and Club Rules. The full rules outline expectations for participants, dogs, training equipment, and conduct while attending classes or events at the JBKC training facility.

Class Participation & Vaccination Requirements* This field is required.For the safety of all participants and dogs, the following requirements apply to all Janesville-Beloit Kennel Club training classes. Dogs must show proof of vaccinations prior to the first class, including Rabies (if age appropriate), DHL, Parvo, and Bordetella. Puppies under 4 months of age are exempt from the Rabies vaccination requirement. Dogs must be kept on leash and under control at all times while on club property. Dogs showing aggression or behavior that creates an unsafe environment may be excused from class at the discretion of the instructor or class chairperson. Handlers must be able to control their dog. If a female dog comes into season, she may not attend class; however, the handler is encouraged to attend and observe. By checking the box below, you confirm that your dog meets these requirements and that you agree to follow all class rules.

Class Registration Commitment, Refund & Cancellation Policy* This field is required.Class registrations reserve a limited space in a Janesville-Beloit Kennel Club training class. By registering, you acknowledge and agree that class fees are non-refundable. Once registration is submitted and payment is received, refunds will not be issued for missed classes, schedule conflicts, illness, or other personal circumstances. Member discounts must be applied at the time of registration. The JBKC member discount cannot be added or refunded after a registration form has been submitted or payment has been made. If a member forgets to apply their discount code or cannot locate it at the time of registration, refunds or adjustments will not be issued. Class registrations may not be transferred to another dog or handler without prior approval from the Janesville-Beloit Kennel Club. Approval is granted at the club’s discretion. In rare extenuating circumstances, a written request for review may be submitted to the JBKC Board, and approval of any exception is at the sole discretion of the Board. If a dog is excused from class due to behavior, safety concerns, or inability to participate safely, class fees will not be refunded. By checking the box below, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the JBKC class registration and refund policy.

Indemnity & Hold Harmless Agreement* This field is required.By participating in Janesville-Beloit Kennel Club classes or events, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by all club rules. You accept full responsibility for the actions of your dog while on club property or participating in any club-sponsored activity.
