Cancellation & Refund Policy

All rental payments are non-refundable. If the renter cancels the reservation for any reason, no refund will be issued. Payments may be used to purchase and prepare supplies specifically for the renter’s reservation, including food-related supplies that cannot be returned once purchased. By completing this rental, the renter understands and agrees that cancellation does not entitle them to a full or partial refund.
