      By completing your booking and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions below.

    • Cancellations & Refunds

      • Class fees are non-transferable to another person without prior approval.
      • Class fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another class if requested 2 weeks in advance at minimum.
      • Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the class may not receive an option to sign up for an additional class.
      • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class or no-shows will not receive a refund or the option to reschedule.
      • If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered at the instructor’s discretion.

      Rescheduling

      • One reschedule request may be permitted, provided sufficient notice is given and another class date is available.
      • Rescheduling is not guaranteed and must be approved in advance.
      • If you do not attend your rescheduled class, the booking will be considered forfeited.

      Class Changes or Cancellation by the Instructor

      If the class must be cancelled or rescheduled by the instructor due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to transfer your booking to another available date or receive a full refund.
