Registration is a full commitment to all 13 Fall Academy sessions. Cancellations made at least 14 days before September 13, 2026, qualify for a refund of program fees. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date or after the academy begins are non-refundable. Payment plans divide the full $449.99 program fee. Withdrawal does not cancel scheduled payments. Kit and apparel purchases become non-refundable once ordered.

Sessions run during normal fall weather. KD Elite will reschedule sessions cancelled due to unsafe conditions or field closures where possible. If no replacement is available, KD Elite will provide a proportional credit. A season-ending injury verified by a medical professional qualifies for a prorated KD Elite program credit valid for 12 months.

I permit KD Elite to photograph and record the player. KD Elite may use this content on its website, social media, and promotional materials.

I authorize KD Elite to provide first aid and contact emergency services when required. I accept responsibility for medical costs not covered by insurance.

I understand that football involves physical activity and risk of injury. I confirm the player is fit to participate and will follow safety instructions. I accept the ordinary risks of participation and release KD Elite from related claims to the extent permitted by law.
