We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel your Croptoberfest 2025 registration, please review the following:

Cancellations received by September 30, 2025 will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations after October 1, 2025, as supplies and preparations will already be finalized unless we can fill your seat.

You are welcome to transfer your registration to another guest if you're unable to attend. Just let us know their name and contact info by October 20, 2025.
