I understand that participation in RGV Players programs, including workshops, rehearsals, performances, and related activities, involves some level of physical activity and inherent risk, including but not limited to minor injuries such as slips, falls, or other unforeseen incidents. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation for myself (or my child). In consideration of being allowed to participate, I agree to release and hold harmless RGV Players, its founders, volunteers, partners, and affiliated organizations from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in these activities, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I understand that: RGV Players will take reasonable precautions to provide a safe environment. Participants are expected to follow all instructions and guidelines provided.
