I understand that by participating in RGV Players programs, I (or my child) may be photographed, filmed, or recorded during workshops, rehearsals, performances, and related activities. I grant RGV Players permission to use these images, video, or audio recordings for promotional, educational, and storytelling purposes. This may include use on social media, websites, marketing materials, grant reports, and other communications that support the mission of RGV Players. I understand that: No compensation will be provided for the use of these materials. Content will be used respectfully and in alignment with the organization’s mission. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in RGV Players programs, including workshops, rehearsals, performances, and related activities, involves some level of physical activity and inherent risk, including but not limited to minor injuries such as slips, falls, or other unforeseen incidents. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation for myself (or my child). In consideration of being allowed to participate, I agree to release and hold harmless RGV Players, its founders, volunteers, partners, and affiliated organizations from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in these activities, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I understand that: RGV Players will take reasonable precautions to provide a safe environment. Participants are expected to follow all instructions and guidelines provided. I am responsible for informing RGV Players of any medical conditions, allergies, or limitations that may affect participation. I certify that I (or my child) am physically able to participate in program activities. If the participant is under 18, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian and have the authority to consent to this agreement on their behalf.
