Adults: The non-refundable entry fee is $10 per piece for all entries received before Wednesday, August 26th. The non-refundable entry fee is $20 per piece for entries received after the priority registration deadline (Tuesday, August 25th at midnight). Youth: The non-refundable entry fee is $5 per piece.
Please be sure to carefully select the correct number of pieces being entered for payment. We will NOT be accepting entries that have not been paid for and we will not be accepting payment on receiving day.

Lastly, we have a few short questions to make sure you are ready for the receiving day at the Hui Noʻeau on September 1st.
I have printed and filled out the "artwork label" available at malamawaoakua.org and taped it to the upper right hand corner of my framed and ready to hang art piece. Artwork labels can also be found in the confirmation email you will receive after submitting this form.
My artwork is ready for installation, meaning the work is not wet and if the artwork is framed it has a hanging wire.
I understand that if my artwork sells during the exhibition, I will need to submit a W-9 to receive my commission.
Liability & Image Release Waiver — SIGNATURE REQUIRED I understand and agree that Hui No‘eau and East Maui Watershed Partnership will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the work(s) hereby submitted for consideration. I will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Hui No‘eau and East Maui Watershed Partnership for any loss or damage to my entry(s) or frame(s). Hui No‘eau & East Maui Watershed Partnership reserve the right to use images of the Artist’s artwork for promotional, educational, and outreach purposes.
