KHS Mini Cheer Camp Registration

This form must be completed by a parent/legal guardian for participation. Registration will be deemed complete when payment has been received. Payments can be made via QR code or link. Price includes 1 adult game ticket to the football game on September 4, 2026. All other spectators will have to purchase a ticket to the game.
Any students grades K - 6th are invited to come and learn some fun cheers, chants, and a routine taught by the KHS cheerleaders!

Mini campers will come to two practice sessions; Saturday, August 29th from 9:00 - 12:00 PM and Thursday, September 3rd from 6:00 - 7:30 PM. Both practice sessions will be located in the gym at KHS. Please enter through the back door, facing the PAC, Door 12. Mini campers will perform during the first quarter of the Varsity home game on Friday, September 4th.

Mini campers who sign up and make a payment prior to August 26th will receive a camp T-shirt. Participants will need to wear either black shorts or a black "cheer" skirt at the performance. All participants' parents/guardians will receive a link in their emails to the cheer dance so their athletes can practice before their big performance!

Cheer Kennedale Mini Cheer Camp Medical and Liability Release: I elect for my student to take part in the Cheer Kennedale event, which is sponsored by the KHS Cheerleading squad. I/We understand that cheerleading is an activity in which there are risks of injury. I accept and assume any and all risks associated with his/her attendance and participation in the clinic and its activities. I understand that my child must abide by clinic rules and the instructions of the clinic staff. I/We agree to, and by the signing of the agreement, release the coaches, volunteers, staff of Kennedale High School from any claim of negligence by ourselves, our son/daughter, our heirs, executors and assignees, from any liability arising from claims for damages for injury to our son/daughter and any claims for loss or damage to his/her property which may arise of his/her participation in the Cheer Kennedale Mini Cheer Camp on August 29th, Septmeber 3rd and 4th, 2026. I/We further acknowledge that the student is covered by health insurance the particulars of which are described below. I hereby agree that we are responsible for any required medical treatment, and give permission for my child to receive medical treatment if in the event that I am unable to be contacted. In order that participant may receive necessary treatments, I hereby hold Kennedale High School and their Cheerleaders, and coaches harmless in the exercise of this authority.
