• 2026-2027 Elements Registration - Year 1

    MEGSSS is the after school math enrichment program based on Elements of Mathematics: Foundations, for students in 5th - 9th grades. It is a full-year program that runs from September through May. Classes meet weekly for 1.5 hours. A class calendar will be provided for your convenience. NOTE: Before registering for MEGSSS Year-1, your student must take the Math Assessment.         My child has permission to attend and participate in the Project MEGSSS Elements Math Class.  My signature indicates that I waive any claim against Project MEGSSS or its staff for any injury sustained in connection with the class. I give my permission for any photographs taken of the class including my child, to be used for marketing purposes, and our contact information may be included in the class directory distributed to the class families and instructors for class use only.  I give authorization for emergency and medical treatment to be used if I cannot be reached immediately. I am also acknowledging that I am aware of the Project MEGSSS refund policy as stated on its website and on this registration form.
