  • By completing this form, you are requesting a parking space at Casa Belvedere for a student attending Notre Dame Academy.

    While Casa Belvedere will make every effort to provide parking throughout the school year, there may be occasions when parking is unavailable due to special events, facility maintenance, weather conditions, or other operational needs. If parking is unavailable, both the parent/guardian and student will be notified as far in advance as possible so alternate parking arrangements can be made.

    • STUDENT PARKING AGREEMENT 

    • By submitting this form, the parent/guardian and student acknowledge
      and agree to the following:

      • Park only within the designated parking spaces identified by the yellow
        curb reflectors.
      • Observe the campus speed limit of 10 MPH at all times.
      • Display the Casa Belvedere magnetic student parking permit
        prominently on or inside the registered vehicle.
      • Respect the property and dispose of all trash properly. Littering is
        prohibited.
      • Overnight parking is not permitted.
      • Parking privileges apply only to the vehicle registered on this form and
        may not be transferred.
      • Casa Belvedere reserves the right to suspend or revoke parking
        privileges for failure to follow these guidelines or for unsafe or
        inappropriate conduct on the property.
