I understand that participation in classroom instruction, behind-the-wheel training, observation, and other driver education activities provided by GDI Precision Driving Academy involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, motor vehicle accidents, property damage, personal injury, and, in rare circumstances, serious injury or death.
In consideration for being allowed to participate in the driver education program offered by GDI Precision Driving Academy, I voluntarily agree to the following:
Acknowledgment of Risk
I acknowledge that I have been informed of the risks associated with driver education and behind-the-wheel training, and I voluntarily choose to participate.
Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the program and accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may result from my participation, whether arising from my own actions or the inherent risks of driver training.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and discharge GDI Precision Driving Academy, its owners, instructors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability arising out of or related to my participation in the program, except to the extent such claims result from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or where otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
Compliance with Instructions
I agree to follow all instructions provided by my instructor and to comply with all applicable traffic laws, safety rules, and school policies during my participation.
Participant Certification
I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in driver education and behind-the-wheel training. I agree to disclose any medical, physical, or mental condition that could affect my ability to operate a motor vehicle safely.
Payment Policy
Registration fees, and other payments made to GDI Precision Driving Academy become nonrefundable once payment has been submitted. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for students who choose not to attend the class.
Severability
If any provision of this waiver is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have carefully read and understand this Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk. I certify that all information provided is accurate and complete. I understand that I am giving up certain legal rights, and I sign this agreement voluntarily and without coercion.
