FINANCIAL REGISTRATION POLICY
Overview
All students must complete this form before the start of the academic term or no later than the end of the first week of their first class session to avoid being dropped from their courses.
Making a Payment
After receiving an invoice by email from the Finance Office, students must:
Make the full payment using an accepted payment method, unless a payment plan has been selected. The payment plan will be distributed evenly according to the established schedule.

CHET accepts the following payment methods for full payments:

Important: CHET does not accept cash payments.

COURSE COSTS
(Most programs include the book within the total course cost.
You only need to cover the shipping fee of $15.00, if you want the book sent to your home.)
Certificate in Ministry and Studies on the Life of Jesus: $195
Diploma in Ministry and Leadership: $250
Certificate in Family Care and Christian Counseling: $250
Covenant Orientation: $250
Bachelor’s Degree in Ministry and Leadership: $500
Remember: These costs apply per class/module, not for the entire program.
Additional Fees (All Students)
Admission Application Fee for new students: $65.00
Graduation Fee: $100.00 (includes cap, gown, and diploma)

REFUND POLICY
General Refunds
Students who wish to cancel their class enrollment must withdraw from their courses before the second week of classes begins to receive a full (100%) tuition refund. Students may withdraw by sending an email to the Registrar’s Office: registrar@chet.org.
Refunds will be processed as follows:
Before the second week of classes begins: 100% refund
After the third week of classes: No refund

Agreement Content and Disclosure Compliance
The enrollment agreement clearly describes the educational offerings and ensures that students are fully informed about their rights, responsibilities, and obligations before signing.
Classes require a minimum of 6 enrolled students. If this requirement is not met, the class will not open and payments will be refunded.
