Entry Fee: $12.00*
This contest is coupled with the Hub City Rockabilly Classic car show hosted by the Fraternal Order of Eagles and Hub City Rockabilly, this is a charity event benefitting High Point Village as well as the Eagles Organization.
This form is an application, upon approval you will be notified. This pagaent is open to 10 Contestants, after the 10 have been chosen any other applicants will be put on a waitlist. If a contestant can no longer make it to the event, the pinups on the waitlist will be contacted.
*The entry fee is a non-refundable fee that is used for promotions, crowns, and sashes.
Rules and Regulations:
1. Contestants must be 18 years or older.
2.This is a family friendly event, attire cannot be too revealing or overly sexual, NO bikinis or rear ends exposed. Your look is a part of the judging and scoring, so please keep the theme in mind and as accurate as possible.
3. ALWAYS BE A GIRLS GIRL! We are striving to promote a community of strong female empowerment. Whether you have years of pagaent experience or if this is your first time, we will not tolerate any toxic behavior. Be a cheerleader, a friend, clap for one another and make sure everyone feels welcomed. Interact with your fellow contestants as well as the crowd and car owners.
4. Each contestant who participates in this competition is asked to be respectful and represent themselves in the best possible manner. Be kind to yourself and others, show grace and appreciation, win or lose we hope that this experience will help you flourish in your journey and hopefully form connections and friendships that last.
5. After the title holders are announced please do not leave. Please allow your host to give you the goodie bags and take last minute group pictures.
6. Title holders will be asked to stay back and present car show awards, but all are welcomed to enjoy the rest of the nights festivities.
After the event, please be sure to thank your sponsors via your socials, it takes alot of time and effort for alot of these businesses and every positive review is special.
This event is our first annual and we hope for it to become bigger and better, so be sure to check out the vendors and thank the club members. Also you are encourage to share event posts/flyers as well as your contestant flyer on your socials to help spread the word.
Dont forget to have fun and enjoy yourself! This pageant is all in good fun, to celebrate rockabilly culture and show the beauty of West Texas. You are all amazingly strong, beautiful women and a sash or crown will not change that fact!
