• Native Nature Institute Day

    Join the McLean County Museum of History and the Ecology Action Center for an Institute Day program all about Illinois-native wildlife! Participants will learn about the history of the prairie, invasive species, the importance of pollinators, and how we can care for the natural world around us. When: Session 1 will take place on October 9. Session 2 is on November 6. Be sure to double check whether your student has this day off of school.  Who: This program is available for students between the 5th and 8th grades. There are 15 spots available for each session. Where: The McLean County Museum of History (200 N Main Street, Bloomington, IL)
