  • ARCH FEST VENDOR INFORMATION

    Each vendor space measures 15' × 15'. Vendors requiring additional space must purchase an additional vendor space.

     

    VENDOR TYPE & FEES:

    Regular Vendor - $75 - Regular Vendors are businesses or individuals selling retail merchandise, handmade items, crafts, boutique products, home décor, gifts, or other non-food items. Vendors selling prepackaged food or beverages that are not prepared on-site also qualify as regular vendors.

    Food Vendor - $100 - Food Vendors are defined as vendors preparing, cooking, heating, mixing, or serving food or beverages on-site.  

    Non-Profit Vendor - $35 - Non-Profit Vendors are recognized 501(c)(3) organizations, churches, schools, civic groups, or other charitable organizations promoting their mission or fundraising for their organization. Non-Profit Vendors must provide a simple, free, family-friendly game or activity at their booth for event attendees. Activities should not require electricity unless approved in advance.


    Electricity Options: 

    • Limited Electricity Add-On: +$25 per space — Includes one electrical hookup and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Vendors must provide a heavy-duty outdoor extension cord and securely tape down all cords to prevent tripping hazards.
    • Quiet Inverter Generator — Vendors may provide their own quiet inverter generator, subject to event approval. Generators must not disrupt entertainment, neighboring vendors, or event attendees.
    • No Electricity Needed 

     

    VENDOR SET UP

    Saturday, October 17, 2026 | 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM

    All vendors must be fully set up by 8:30 AM. Vehicles will be permitted in the vendor area during the designated set-up period only.

    Vendor information and assigned space locations will be emailed to each vendor by Friday, October 16, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

     

    VENDOR BREAK DOWN
    Vendors must remain set up for the duration of the festival. Vendors may not dismantle or remove their exhibit before the festival concludes. No vehicles will be permitted inside the festival area until the event has officially ended.

    Vendors who bring a vehicle into the festival area before the event has officially ended will be subject to a fine equal to their vendor fee.

  • Vendor Rules and Guidelines

    1. Completed applications and payment must be received by October 9, 2026.

    2. Vendor spaces are 15' x 15'. Vendors requiring additional space must purchase an additional space.

    3. Vendors are responsible for providing their own canopy/tent, tables, chairs, displays, and other necessary equipment. All canopies and tents must be properly secured.

    4. Vendors must remain set up for the duration of the festival. Vendors may not dismantle or remove their exhibit before the festival concludes.

    5. No pets or animals are permitted, except for service animals as required by law.

    6. Yard sale items, garage sale merchandise, and used household goods are not permitted.

    7. Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting all applicable sales tax.

    8. Food vendors must comply with all applicable state and local health regulations and are responsible for obtaining any required permits or licenses.

    9. Vendor fees are non-refundable.

    10. Political campaigning and campaign-related activities are not permitted.

    11. Electricity is limited and must be requested in advance. Vendors receiving event electricity must comply with all electrical safety requirements and securely tape down all cords to prevent tripping hazards. Quiet inverter generators may be used only with prior event approval.

    12. Vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean and removing all trash and personal property at the conclusion of the event.

    13. Food vendors using fryers or other grease-producing cooking equipment must place appropriate protective material beneath their cooking area to prevent oil or grease from leaking onto or damaging the event grounds.

    14. Vendors must comply with all event rules and instructions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event and/or denial of participation in future events.

  • AGREEMENT & RELEASE

    By signing below, the undersigned acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to abide by all rules and guidelines outlined in this application.

    The undersigned releases and forever discharges the City of Jesup, ArchFest organizers, committee members, employees, and volunteers from responsibility for any damage to or loss of any part or all of the vendor's exhibit, merchandise, equipment, or personal property.

    The City of Jesup reserves the right to accept or reject any vendor application at its sole discretion.

    NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

  • Payment Authorization Notice:

    Submitting your payment information does not result in an immediate charge. Your payment will remain pending until your vendor application has been reviewed and approved. If your application is approved, your selected payment method will be charged. If your application is not approved, your payment authorization will be released, and no charge will be processed.
