Weigh-ins: 8:00-9:30 AM
Competition: 10:00 AM-4:00 PM
Awards and Drug Test Protocol immediately follow lifting.

Eligibility:
Open to all High School members of USA Powerlifting NO qualifying total required.
Membership cards can be purchased here: http://www.usapowerlifting.com/membership-application/

Uniforms:
Either a one piece lifting suits or gym shorts (no basketball shorts). As well as non-supportive briefs without legs for competition and weigh-ins.
