Advertise in the Mountain & Valley Fiber Arts Festival Program

Advertising forms a significant part of our funding for the annual Fiber Arts Festival. The official Festival Program is more than a schedule. It is a guide attendees use throughout the weekend - and all year - to find vendors, sponsors, local fiber and other resources, workshops, demonstrations, maps, and festival information. Advertising in the Program gives your business a visible, practical, and lasting presence with an audience that is already interested in fiber arts, handmade goods, creative experiences, travel, community events, and regional culture.
Deadlines:

Ad submission for inclusion in the printed Festival Program will close on September 1st this year.

Spaces are limited so please submit your print-ready artwork and payment early to secure a spot.

Please note: we will not insert your advertisement(s) until we have received your payment.

Some tips:

- You can save your progress so far and return to finish it later - but be sure to complete all the * required fields before you click the 'SAVE' button at the end.

- Although you can 'SAVE' & complete uploads later, you may want to have your artwork ready to access when you start completing the form.

- As you upload your artwork, it will appear as a thumbnail below the upload box: be sure to upload no more than the maximum number of files stated in that section. If you get a red error message while trying to upload, clear it by clicking in that particular upload box.

- You'll receive confirmation emails when you 'Save' and again when you finally 'Submit'. These emails will come from 'Jotform', so please check your spam folder.

Full-page, then to Half-page, then to Quarter-page ad requests.

Starting at an additional $125 our graphic artist can create a professional print or digital ad for you.

PRINT-READY ARTWORK Requirements:

Please be sure to name your file with your name/business name so we can identify your image

- PDF format is preferred, but we can accept high-resolution JPG or PNG

- CMYK color format preferred when available

- 300 dpi is recommended for print

- Include bleed if requierd for your selected ad size

- Keep important text and logos inside the safe margin

- Make sure all website links, QR codes, phone numbers, and addresses are correct before submitting artwork

- in addition, for Business Card size ads, the image must be standard card size: 3.5" wide by 2" high (or a multiple of that)

If you don't have a finished ad, please contact us before the deadline to discuss options.
