  • Welcome! You have arrived on the official registration page for The Vault - an agility camp for people who want to understand the 'why' behind better agility.

     

    Please review the schedule outline and then fill out the form below. You will be able to request what group you'd like to be in, but please note that this will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis.

    Thursday | 6:00 – 8:00 PM
    Welcome Pizza Party and Coach Panel Discussion

     

    Friday - Sunday | 4-Hour Session Each Day
    Instead of trying to fit around a different schedule every day, you'll stay in one consistent learning block while the coaches rotate to you. Each day, you will have your full four hours with a different coach, split into:

    • 1 hour of classroom learning to learn the concepts
    • 2 hours of hands-on coaching working dogs and applying the concepts
    • 1 hour of video review, discussion, and Q&A to solidify your understanding of the concepts

    Eg. Group A (exact days with coaches subject to change - intended as an example of rotations):

    • Friday: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM Classroom session with Hannah, 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM Working session with Hannah, 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM Review session with Hannah
    • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM Classroom session with Paula, 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM Working session with Paula, 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM Review session with Paula
    • Sunday: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM Classroom session with Lindsey, 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM Working session with Lindsey, 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM Review session with Lindsey 

     

    PLEASE NOTE: GROUP E (5:00PM-9:00PM) IS THE ONLY GROUP WITH SPACE STILL AVAILABLE

  • How many working spots are you registering for? 

    If you wish to work multiple dogs, you can purchase a separate working spot for each dog. You also have the option to purchase one working spot and run a different dog on each day (for example, Dog A on Friday and Dog B on Saturday and Sunday).

    **PLEASE NOTE** - as there are only 2 working spots left, groups are mostly set and most of the session time slots are full. If you sign up now, you will not have your first pick of all the sessions.

    AS OF RIGHT NOW, ALL PARTICIPANTS WHO SIGN UP WILL BE PLACED IN GROUP E (5pm-9pm)

  • Please select which timeslot you would prefer to be in. You will attend in this timeslot for all 3 days of camp (Friday-Saturday-Sunday). These are the only timeslots with space available.

  • In order to meet shipping deadlines, t-shirts orders are already being processed. Any registrations after September 3 will not recieve a camp t-shirt, but their registration will be discounted by $30.

  • Payment Options for Working Spots


    Below you will be able to choose the payment option that works best for you. Here are some details on the options:

    Pay in Full

    • $650 + GST
    • $620 + GST after September 3

    2-Payment Plan

    • Two payments of $325 + GST
    • Two payments of $310 + GST after September 3
    • First payment processed upon registration
    • Second payment processed September 18 - it will automatically come off the card you pay with today

    3-Payment Plan

    • Three payments of $216.67 + GST
    • Three payments of $206.67 + GST after September 3
    • First payment processed upon registration
    • Second payment processed September 11
    • Third payment processed September 18
    • Second and third payments will automatically come off the card you pay with today on their respective dates

        By registering for The Vault, I understand and agree that:

        • Registration fees are non-refundable. If I am unable to attend, I may transfer my registration to another participant, subject to approval by Free Spirit Dogs.
        • If I am unable to find a replacement participant, Free Spirit Dogs will offer my spot to the event waitlist. While Free Spirit Dogs will make reasonable efforts to help fill my spot, no guarantee is made that a replacement participant will be found or that my registration fees will be recovered.
        • If I select a payment plan, I authorize Free Spirit Dogs to automatically charge the payment method provided on the scheduled payment dates listed above.
