2026 Texas Rockabilly Bash Food Vendor Application
Texas Rockabilly Bash Food Vendor Texas Rockabilly Bash November 6th & 7th 2026 at Gillespie County Fairgrounds in Fredericksburg, Texas. One vendor per spot. All spots must be either paid with a non refundable deposit or paid in full to be considered reserved. Deposits will hold the space for you and the remaining balance will be paid by October 6th or the spot will be offered to the next food vendor who is waiting on our wait list. Along with your fee for the event we are asking for 4 mealtickets for our staff of the event. Also you will need to please send your Food Permit # with this application.. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE A PERMIT NUMBER- OR TEMP PERMIT. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AND YOU WILL NOT BE RESERVED UNTIL YOU HAVE PAID FOR YOUR SPOT. IF YOU APPLY AND DO NOT PAY FOR YOUR FOOD VENDOR SPOT AND ANOTHER TRUCK APPLIES AND PAYS, YOU WILL BE KICKEDOUT OF LINE. Thank you We are limiting vendors. NO REFUNDS. These spots are for self-sufficient food trucks/trailers. Each vendor spot comes with 4 wristbands. There will be no power supply available so each food vendor must have their own generator and it needs to be a quiet generator. We have potable water, but it is not near your site, so you must have your own water. There is a dump site on the rv park grounds if needed. Please bring your own trash containers as we wont have trash bags onsite. We will have trash cans on site for customers, but please come prepared to bag your own trash. This is for Friday 1PM-9 PM and Saturday 8 am to 9 pm-Set up is Friday before 1pm and Saturday be ready by 8 am. You can start teardown at 9 pm on Saturday or come back Sunday morning. You must be off th eproperty by noon Sunday. If you are staying at the site overnight, please letus know an rv/camping permit will be available to you just let us know. Allpayments are due immediately and iif not paid you will not be reserved- after October the price increases $50, after January $100 *There is no refund on vendor spaces. Must be show ready by 1 pm Friday, you must be set up for Friday and Saturday, if you are unable to stay Friday night you still must set up Friday and leave your truck/booth overnight or come back before 8 am in the morning– if this creates conflict, please contact Rachel via email at rakrupa.rk@gmail.com. We can workwith you depending on the size of your set up, etc.
