Each contestant will compete in state costume and evening gown. State costume is an outfit of choice that represents the state you live in. Evening gown can be knee or floor length. Along with these two outfits, each contestant will need an opening number outfit which is jeans and a pink shirt. Registration: 9 AM Parent and Contestant Meeting: 9:30 AM Rehearsals: 10 AM - 12 PM Contestants return & doors open to public: 2:45 PM Pageant starts: 3 PM
