Witnesses must be impartial adults with valid ID. If you do not have qualified witnesses, the notary may be able to provide witnesses for an additional fee per witness, subject to availability.

White Rose Notary Services cannot guarantee witness availability. When requested, we will make reasonable efforts to locate qualified witnesses. To minimize scheduling delays and additional costs, requesting parties are strongly encouraged to provide their own witnesses whenever possible.
