TTE, the Organisers and the Referee will not tolerate bad language or verbal abuse of volunteers, officials, staff or venue staff, nor a failure to follow the operational directions of stewards and event staff. We will treat all such
instances extremely seriously and will take disciplinary action if necessary.

The closing date for entries is 6:00pm on Friday the 4th of September.
If it becomes necessary to restrict entries, priority will be given in order of receipt.

ENTRY FORM

A separate entry form must be completed by each player. All entrants should ensure that they have read the regulations, which apply to this tournament.

If a competition is fully subscribed: please email the player's full name, date of birth, and TTE licence number, along with your preferred events to: info@londonttacademy.com.

The player will be placed on the reserve list and we will contact you in the event of spaces becoming available.

All requests to book a reserve place via text or WhatsApp will be ignored.

IMPORTANT: NO ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED UNLESS THE FOLLOWING UNDERTAKINGS ARE SIGNED.

Please read the Tournament Regulations and conditions and unless otherwise agreed in advance do not enter unless you are prepared to play until the projected finish time of 6pm.

The information will be shared where necessary with the organisers and event committee. For a player under 16 this consent must be given by a parent or guardian, who must also confirm agreement to the player’s participation in the competition

Entries submitted in an ineligible category will be rejected. You will be notified and must resubmit.
Withdrawals before the sign-up cut off date and rejected entries will be refunded after the tournament has been completed.

ANTI-DOPING DECLARATION

The UK Anti-Doping Rules apply to all persons entering an event or competition, for whichever is the longer of a) the length of their membership or licence period; or b) 12 months from the date of their participation, whether or not the entrant or licence holder is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK.

A player under 18 may not participate in a Table Tennis England event or competition unless a parent or guardian of that player has consented to testing of that player in the following form:

Anti-Doping Acknowledgment I have legal responsibility for the player named above and I confirm that I have read the TTE Anti-Doping Regulations (Appendix P) and that I hereby acknowledge that the player is bound by these Regulations.

Playing Conditions and Equipment 

EQUIPMENT

• 19 Butterfly tables
• Butterly nets and supporting posts
• Butterfly R40 3 star white balls

PLAYING AREA

• 19 x Individual courts enclosed by surrounds
• Minimum ceiling height: 7m
• Minimum Court Size: 9m X 4.5m
• General fluorescent lighting
• Light intensity is 500 lux
• Min floor to lighting height: 7m
• Wooden sprung flooring
• Score indicators will be used for all matches 

Tournament Information

1. Doping control tests may take place

2. There are no separate practice facilities outside of the playing halls.

3. There are separate changing rooms for ladies and gentlemen adjacent to the Main Hall. Hot showers are available.

4. The venue has ample free car parking spaces immediately to the right of the main entrance on Spur Road. There is a security barrier at the main gate. Road access to the venue is within the ULEZ zone.

5. A canteen serving hot and cold food and drinks will be available throughout each tournament day.

6. Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd placed players in every event.

7. London Academy may be taking photos and live streaming matches during this event which may include (but not limited to), using them in our printed and online platforms, social media, press releases and funding applications. If you do not give permission to take photographs and/or video of you (or individuals for whom you are legally responsible), please contact info@londonttacademy.com.

8. Entries must be RECEIVED by no later than 9pm Friday 4th September 2026.

9. Food and/or drinks are not allowed on-court.

10. The results from this tournament will qualify for computer ranking points.

11. In the case of a player withdrawing from the tournament prior to the closing date, refunds will be processed after the tournament has taken place.
    No refunds or transfers are possible after the closing date under any circumstances.

Regulations

1. Every entrant must be affiliated as a Compete Plus Member or provide proof of being a member of another National Association affiliated to the ITTF and pay the appropriate fee in order to gain a reciprocal membership.
   
   An entrant who is not a TTE member or is affiliated as a Supporter or Club Play Member may alternately purchase a One-Off Tournament Pass at the time of entry via https://ttehub.com/ once this product is launched.
   
   An entrant only affiliated as a Compete member may enter the tournament upon payment of the appropriate One-Time Tournament Top-Up fee via https://ttehub.com/
   
   It is not possible to obtain the OTTP or the OTTT at the tournament

2. TTE Regulations Part A (Regulated Competitions) and Part B (Tournament Regulations) apply to the tournament.

3. ITTF Regulations for International Competitions apply to the tournament except where otherwise specified in TTE Regulations Parts A or B, or in this form.

4. All competitors may be required to umpire at least one match in each event entered.

5. U11 Mixed: 2-stage Round Robin league.

   Round one will consist of 5 groups of five players. Each competitor will play against every other player in their group.

   Group winners will go into the Championship (Division 1). Runners-up will go into the Consolation (Division 2). 3rd placed players will go into Division 3, 4th placed players into Division 4, and 5th placed players into Division 5. All divisions will be a round-robin league.

   The 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed players in the Championship & Consolation Divisions will receive medals on the day.

   U13 Boys Open / U15 Boys Open / U17 Boys Open / U19 Boys Open: Hybrid of knock-outs and a two-stage Round Robin league.

   Round one will consist of 5 groups of five players. Each competitor will play against every other player in their group.

   The group winners and runners-up will go into a single knockout championship competition.

   3rd placed players in each group will into Consolation Division 1, 4th placed players into Division 2 and 5th placed players into Division 3. The Consolation divisions will be a round-robin league.

   The 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed players in the Championship will receive medals on the day.

   U13 Girls / U15 Girls / U17 Girls / U19 Girls: Round robin (groups of 7) followed by Knockouts (The top two players in each group go through to the Championship and the 3rd and 4th placed players go through to the Consolation).

6. Matches will be best of five games (1 time-out per match)

7. Under 11 events (born in or after 2016)
   Under 13 events (born in or after 2014)
   Under 15 events (born in or after 2012)
   Under 17 events (born in or after 2010)
   Under 19 events (born in or after 2008)

8. Playing clothing shall consist of a shirt and shorts, trousers including tracksuit bottoms, leggings or skirt, or a one-part sports outfit, socks and playing shoes; a sports hijab may also be worn.

   Other garments shall not be worn during play except with the permission of the referee. The main colour of a shirt, shorts, trousers or skirt, other than sleeves and collar of a shirt, shall be clearly different from that of the ball in use.

   Any markings or trimming on the front or side of a playing garment and objects such as jewellery worn by a player shall not be so conspicuous or brightly reflecting as to unsight an opponent.

9. No competitor or official shall engage in betting on players or matches.
   Doping shall not take place either before or during play.

10. Completion and submission of this Entry Form signifies agreement by the entrant to the conditions of the competition, including any variations of ITTF regulations.
