  • Your images

  • Selection is based solely on the quality of the work submitted, so please upload three good-quality images of recent pieces that best represent your current practice.

The first stage of the selection process is anonymous. Applicants' names are removed before the Selection Panel reviews the images, helping to ensure that work is assessed fairly and on its own merits.

Please choose images that are typical of the work you intend to exhibit if your application is successful. This helps the Selection Panel assess the work visitors can expect to see at the fair.

Images should be at least 1200px on the longest edge and supplied in JPEG or PNG format.

Please name your image files using your name followed by a number, for example:

    smithjohn1.jpg
    smithjohn2.jpg
    smithjohn3.jpg

The Selection Panel may not be familiar with your work, so it is important that your images are clear, well lit and accurately represent the quality, detail and finish of your ceramics. The panel can only assess the work presented in your application, so taking a little extra time to choose and photograph your work carefully will help ensure your application can be assessed fairly.

For each image, please provide a brief description including the size, making technique, glaze or surface treatment, together with the approximate retail price of the piece shown.

If you experience any difficulties uploading your images via the online form, please email your images to Hilly Fletcher at events@craftpotters.com, quoting your name in the subject line.
