As a member of the Royal Oak Athletic Boosters (ROAB), I understand that all eligible members have the opportunity to apply for a ROAB Enrichment Grant (underclassmen) or Scholarship (seniors) for their student-athlete(s).

I am responsible for understanding and meeting all eligibility requirements, which may include:
- Booster membership registration and dues paid by the stated deadlines
- Volunteer slot fulfillment (per athlete)
- Attendance at required meetings or events
- Submission of this application and any required materials by the published deadlines
- I understand that complete and up-to-date program details are available on the ROAB website and in the application guidelines.
- I accept that failure to meet any of the stated requirements will result in my student-athlete(s) being ineligible for a ROAB grant or scholarship.
