Photo Consent

Modern Party Art may take photos during your event. These photos are not guaranteed to be used for promotional purposes, but may be selected for use on social media, marketing materials, or our website at our discretion. If you or any of your guests do not consent to being photographed, please inform a staff member upon arrival.
Important Booking Summary

We’re excited to celebrate with you! Before booking, please review the key policies below:
- A $200 deposit is required and is non-refundable after 24 hours
- No outside drinks or alcohol (minimum $500 fine + possible ban)
- Limited outside food allowed (cake, cupcakes, fruit, charcuterie only)
- Strict timing policy — parties begin within 15 minutes and cannot be extended
- No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or unused materials/time
- Decorations are limited (balloons + 2 tablecloths only)
- Host must remain on-site and is responsible for all guests

Submit your $100 booking fee to secure your date. Your total and any add-ons will be due at the end of your event. You may choose to pay more now to reduce your balance later.
