We know holidays, weddings, family events and other commitments sometimes get in the way of tennis. To help us plan teams and keep everyone happy, please tell us any dates you already know when anyone you are registering will be unavailable. Adult/senior players, please let us know if you are available to play every week, prefer to be part of a rotating team (and how often) or just happy to fill in when needed.

What sort of thing are you up for? No commitment, just an idea of what you'd enjoy.
For example: BBQs, working bees, junior tennis, social events, grants and sponsorship, gardening, photography, socials, IT, committee or just an extra pair of hands on the day.

Australian Open Bus Trip

Nothing binding here, we just need to gauge numbers. We'll run it again if there's enough interest. Keen? Let us know below.
Would you be interested in our annual social bus trip to the Australian Open? It's a day trip to the Open, usually in the first few days of the event. Junior players are FREE to attend.

Fancy our Fast 4 social evenings in February?

Short, fast, friendly matches for everyone. Playing for Golden Racquet glory! Plus dinner is often on offer.
Would you or any of your family be interested in attending our February Fast 4 social tennis evenings? Likely Wednesday evenings, 6-8pm over three or four weeks in February (to be confirmed).

Club Gear

Keen to look the part?
Hoodies are $40, caps and visors $10, all heavily subsidised by the Club. If you're up for some merch, tell us (1) the sizes you're after and (2) any name you'd like printed on the back. We'll tally this up and you'll pay with your registration at the end. Note: caps and visors are one size.

We're a Child Safe Club.

Every player and parent follows the rules.
We are a Child Safe Club and as such all players and parents must abide by the Tennis Australia Safeguarding Children Code of Conduct and Member Protection Policy.
The Club has appointed a Member Protection Information Officer (MPIO) who is available to provide confidential information and support regarding concerns involving:
- Bullying
- Harassment
- Discrimination
- Child safety
- Inappropriate behaviour
- Breaches of club policies.
The MPIO provides information and guidance about available options but does not investigate complaints or take sides in disputes.

Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Tennis Australia Safeguarding Children Code of Conduct and Member Protection Policy and agree to support the Club in maintaining a child-safe environment. I will encourage my child/ren (if any) to participate fairly, respectfully, and in accordance with the Tennis Australia Codes of Behaviour. I understand if I ever have a child safety concern, I'll raise it with the Committee at committee@bunctc.org.

The Buninyong Community Tennis Club collects the information provided in this form for the purposes of administering club membership, communicating with members, organising competitions, events and club activities, meeting legal and insurance requirements, and otherwise managing the affairs of the Club.
