EVENT INFORMATION
• Kids are school aged 10–16 years. Over 16 will need an adult pass for the weekend/day.
• Under 10 years are free and will receive dinner on Saturday night, if required.
• You will be required to submit this form and pay your entry fee to be able to book onsite. Once we receive your application and entry fee, we will send you a welcome letter with further details and any instructions surrounding your accommodation.
• Full bar and restaurant facilities will be available for the entire weekend.
• Each entrant will receive a bump in time that they are to arrive at TRECC. Please do not arrive any earlier as you won’t be allowed in. If you arrive late you run the risk of having to wait for the next group to be let into the facility.
• There is ample parking for car trailers and tow rigs at the rear of TRECC on show day. These spots need to be pre-booked. If you need one, please let us know via email, before April 2027.
• The above stated rates are flat fees for the weekend and not negotiable. It is up to you to make the most out of your entry fee over the course of the weekend.
• Day only entrants will be able to access the trophy presentation on Sunday night as a part of their entry but will need to retain their wrist band for this.
• A full program with goodie bag collection times, bump in times for TRECC etc will become available in due course. Follow us on Facebook to stay up to date.
• Vanning entries will be open for weekend passes until 1st April 2027. Standard weekend passes (not entering a car) will be available until 10th April.
• Vanners entering a van get first preference at onsite accommodation. As of 1st November 2026, rooms open up to anyone with a weekend pass, van or not.
• Indoor spots at TRECC for the show are a ‘first in, best dressed’ basis. We will not be reserving spots inside for anyone. We have some spots available outside, if needed.
