Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

By submitting this sponsorship application and payment, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Purpose of Sponsorship
My payment will be used to secure a Summer Art Academy spot for a low-income child or family selected by Modern Party Art. I understand I am not enrolling my own child through this form.

2. Payment & Non-Refundable Policy
Sponsorship payments are made in full at the time of submission. All sponsorships are final and non-refundable, as funds are allocated toward securing enrollment, materials, and staffing for the sponsored child.

3. Selection of Sponsored Child/Family
Modern Party Art retains full discretion over which child or family receives the sponsored spot. I understand I may not be provided identifying details about the sponsored participant, in order to protect their privacy.

4. Recognition
I understand I may choose to be publicly recognized as a sponsor (e.g., on social media or in-studio) or to remain anonymous, and I will indicate my preference on this form.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome
While Modern Party Art will make every effort to fill the sponsored spot, sponsorship does not guarantee a specific child's attendance for the full camp session, as attendance can be affected by factors outside our control (illness, family circumstances, etc.).

6. Acknowledgment
I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to these Sponsorship Terms & Conditions.
