    The Italian brand Italo Ottinetti has been known for over 100 years for its high-quality aluminium cookware and baking utensils. The family business from Northern Italy combines traditional craftsmanship with timeless design .

    The products, recognizable by their elegant brass handles and rings , are designed for oven-to-table use : cooking, baking, and stylish serving immediately. Made of durable and nickel-free aluminum , they ensure excellent heat distribution and a long lifespan.

    Ottinetti stands for functional Italian design that is both practical in the kitchen and beautiful on the table.

    Product Care

    Upon first use: wash the items, rinse with boiling water, and dry. Subsequently, grease the interior with fat (oil or butter), then rinse.

    Cooking: Use a moderate flame, as aluminum has high thermal conductivity and does not require high temperatures. Salting: Add salt only when the water reaches the boiling point, to prevent limescale stains

    Hand washing is recommended: Wash by hand with a sponge and non-aggressive detergents to avoid scratches and stains. Dishwashing: Possible only and exclusively with specific detergents suitable for aluminum.
