We are a direct producers market, meaning everything in our markets needs to be made or grown by the people selling it, if this is you, you can fill out the form below, we need your name and business info, website or social media, or you can send pics of your product and set up to marketinfoazcfmg@gmail.com. Please do not submit this form unless you are ready to sell to the public in Maricopa County with all required permits, licenses and insurance. You can email us at marketinfoazcfmg@gmail.com if you are unsure.
There is a $15 vendor inquiry fee, this is non-refundable but will be applied to the registration fee of $150.00 upon approval to Arizona Community Farmers Market Group.
If you are a food producer, before you go further, please check the links on the vendor information page and make sure you have the licensing/permitting required to sell in Maricopa County
