Before each Zoom class, students complete substantial preparatory work that lays the foundation for rich, meaningful live sessions. This preparation ensures that our time together on Zoom is interactive, insightful, and worthwhile. All coursework happens online, via Moodle. Tech support is available for anyone unfamiliar with the platform. Course materials typically open three months prior to each live class.

**We encourage you to review the Zoom schedule carefully before registering to ensure it works with your availability, as course purchases are non-refundable.

If you intend to apply to the chaplaincy program, please complete your application after your first course. Additional work is required for Chaplaincy Program students, and it is beneficial to your experience to be engaged in the program as early as possible.

If a student matriculates into a program, tuition is adjusted to reflect the additional elements of the full student experience, including evaluation of coursework, student support, advising, formation, and the credentialing process.
